Bittersweet Mochivia

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) hot milk
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) melted bittersweet dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) freshly strong-brewed espresso (about 1 shot)
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Lantic Stevia (1 sachet)

Directions

  1. Whisk the hot milk with the melted chocolate and brewed espresso. Stir in the stevia until melted.
  2. Tip: Finish with dollop of whipped cream and grated chocolate or ground cinnamon.
