Lantic Inc. is actively involved in supporting local community initiatives where it has operations or offices. The company has donated over $300 000 from 2004 to 2007. These donations go either to organizations that help people in need or towards other causes like Arts, Culture and Education. The United Way campaign is a prime example of an event that the company supports on a yearly basis by matching each employee’s contributions and by organizing the fund raising campaign.

Lantic Inc. also supports its employees who are involved in fund raising events or in other initiatives. As an example, every year a gathering of non-perishable food items and toys is organized for the distribution of Christmas baskets in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve area where the Montreal refinery is located.
